3. Services and Deliverables

• The scope of services will be outlined in a formal agreement or proposal between the Client and the Agency.
• All timelines and deliverables are subject to mutual agreement.
• The Agency will make reasonable efforts to achieve the agreed outcomes but cannot guarantee specific results due to the dynamic nature of digital marketing.
• Service prices will start from Rs.5,000.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or invoice.
• Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.
• Services may be paused or terminated if payments are not received as agreed.
• We don’t have any refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Agency retains ownership of any proprietary materials, templates, and methodologies used to deliver the Services.
• Clients retain ownership of all materials and data they provide to the Agency.
• Any content created by the Agency specifically for the Client becomes the Client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of their relationship.
• This obligation of confidentiality extends beyond the termination of the agreement.

7. Liability

• The Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.
• The Client agrees to indemnify the Agency against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Client’s use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice.
• Termination does not absolve the Client of payment obligations for work already completed.
• Upon termination, all confidential materials must be returned or destroyed.

9. Third-Party Services

• The Agency may utilize third-party tools or platforms to deliver the Services.
• The Agency is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, including outages or performance issues.

10. Changes to Terms

• The Agency reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India/Telangana.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Telangana.
